Kulcsszavak:
green transition, digital transition, EuropeTartalom
The European Union's ambitious green and digital twin transition agenda, launched in 2019, envisions a climate-neutral continent by 2050. This future-shaping undertaking requires not only technological advancement, but also a deep understanding of the closely intertwined economic, legal, policy, societal, and human dimensions.
As the result of a conference on the green and digital twin transition, this volume brings together a selection of studies that examine the multifaceted dimensions, challenges and opportunities of this twin transition. The conference was originally divided into three thematic tracks – economics, legal studies, and humanities –, each of which addressed the unique, yet interrelated challenges and opportunities presented by the transition. The volume is ultimately divided into four thematic chapters, reflecting the breadth and depth of academic research on the topic.
